Stanley F. Rose’s law practice is directed primarily to the aspects of U.S. Income, Estate and Gift Tax which relate to foreign investment in the U.S. He also advises clients on the business aspects of United States immigration law and assists in the preparation of business plans and business structures required for visa and green card applications.
Mr. Rose is board certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in international law, and is qualified in the newly created Florida Civil Law Notary area.
