FOREIGN INVESTMENT IN U.S. REAL ESTATE

A lunch break seminar on the Foreign Investment in U.S. Real Estate Tax Act (FIRPTA) will be sponsored by the Realtor Association.

The workshop will feature as speaker Stanley Rose will speak on this complex topic and help the participants make it easy to understand.

   
Realtors, title company executives, attorneys and accountants are urged to attend.

The talk will be in English, but Mr. Rose will handout materials on FIRPTA in both English and German.
