ACCREDITATIONS

	Board Certified in International Law by the Florida Bar Florida Bar #0802999  Requires 5 years of legal practice and over 50% of work in the international area. Attorney must sit for a day long examination on public and private international law. Only 29 attorneys in Florida are presently certified.
	Florida Civil Law Notary Florida Civil Law Notary #000009 Requires 5 years of legal practice and the fulfillment of educational requirements and an examination. Notarial acts include the authentication of legal documents similar to a civil law notary in Germany. Mr. Rose is one of the two German-speaking Civil Law Notaries in Southwest Florida.
